3. Its mandatory to provide Present, Permanent address details, contact number along with Nomination details.

5. SUNSTONE Mutually Aided Co-Op. Thrifts & Credit Society Ltd has the right change, modify the scheme details from time to time and the changes will be informed to the members in available communication modes.
6. No premature closure allowed for the TD securing Locker. If the Locker Key lost, break-open process will be initiated as per norms and the costs / expenses will be borne by the customer
